Yeladim Vacation Bible School (YVBS) program has a uniquely crafted curriculum with exciting activities that the children enjoy and truly learn from.

It is a summer class program for children ages 5 to 9 years old in economically challenged communities who are usually idle or spend most of their time playing in the streets during school break.

YVBS SUMMER PROGRAM

The program was first conducted in Brgy Matandang Balara in 2017 in partnership with a day care center and a Christian church in the area. Since then, it has been implemented in several other communities such as Daan Tubo and Pook CP Garcia in UP Campus, Kaingin 1 and Kaingin 2 in Brgy. Matandang Balara, Karuhatan in Valenzuela City and a farming community in Pililia, Rizal.

The YVBS curriculum is a 12-day program, with each class lasting for two and a half hours per day. With biblical foundations and a variety of teaching methods, the children are taught simple practical skills in problem solving towards honing their citizenship, leadership and entrepreneurial spirit.
